Father Ray Foundation works on various philanthropic projects which related to helping disadvantaged.  More than 850 under privileged, disabilities, and orphaned children and youth are under care of Father Ray Foundation and its subsidiary  charity " The Redemptorist foundation of the people with disabilities"

Father Ray Foundation, works on various philanthropic projects which related to helping disadvantaged children and people with disabilities. More than 850 under privileged children and Youth are under care of Father Ray Foundation and its related for persons with disabilities. There are 4 projects directly under Father Ray Foundation. Father Ray Children's Home - 132 children Father Ray Day Center - 70 pre-school children. Father Ray Children's Village - 60 children housed and supported through to university level, and Father Ray Outreach Work and Drop-in Center, 20-15 children per month.

The Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities is also under the Father Ray Foundation group. It has another 4 projects providing support and schooling for children, youth and people with disabilities. Pattaya Redemptorist Vocational School for People with Disabilities - provides education and vocational training to 220 children. Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind - 120 blind children Nong Khai Redemptorist Vocational School for People with Disabilities - helping not only Thai children and youth but also Laos, Cambodian and Myanmar children and youth with disabilities offering and education in the Northeast of Thailand.

Father Ray Center for Children with Special Needs offers support to both the child and the family of the child with special needs. Approximately, 100 children. Social Enterprise - comprising the Ray Bakery School, Ray's Second Hand Shop, Electrical Repair Workshop and the IT Repair Shop. Media Department - promoting the work of people with disabilities. 1479 Call Center - offering support to people with disabilities, families and friends of people with disabilities and advice to employers seeking to employ people with disabilities. Page 1 of 9 Father Ray Foundation has been registered as a public interest organization on November 22, 2011 with registered number 0496 and it is in the process of applying for tax exemption for donors with the local Revenue Department. Some of the projects under Father Ray Foundation such as the Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities, Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind and Pattaya Vocational School for People with Disabilities are already entitled for tax exemption for donors
